Carbon-Limits Nigeria (CLN) is a leader in climate change consultancy, specialising in sustainable development, project development and technical consultancy services. Carbon-Limits Nigeria (CLN) was established in 2010 as a joint venture of Nigerian partners and Carbon Limits AS (CL) of Norway. CL was established in June 2005 and its origin dates to the early 1990’s, formerly part of ECON (now Poyry Norge), a leading Scandinavian consultancy.

Methane Regulation
Clean Air Task Force
The Clean Air Task Force (CATF) from the USA, in collaboration with CLN and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), is working to build capacity on fugitive methane emissions in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. The project also involves assessing and establishing mitigation measures and developing policies to include methane emission reduction strategies in Nigeria’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC).
